The Big Jazz, Swing & Jump Jive Band are a very experienced and highly professional band of musicians led by trombonist Duncan J Reeks playing great jazz, swing & Rat Pack music suitable for any occasion.
The 6-piece line-up consists of trumpet, trombone, saxophone,
keyboards, bass, drums as well as our featured vocalist Miss
Georgie Fellows.
Smaller or larger line-ups are also available right up to a 12 or 18-piece
if required.
Music For All Occasions
The band's repertoire is varied and can be
adapted to suit all occasions
and venues, audience ages and tastes.
Ideal for Anniversaries, Birthdays, Cabaret, Concerts, Corporate
Events, Dances, Dinner Dances, TV & Radio, Hotels, 1940's Events,
Masonics, Parties & Weddings.
Where Do You Play?
The Big Jazz play at a variety of events and venues thoughout the
year, many of which are private functions.
In addition, the band are proud to be the resident jazz
and swing band at Eastbourne's superb 4-star
Cavendish Hotel - www.cavendishhotel.co.uk
As
well as regularly playing for private functions and corporate
events for the hotel and their clients we also regularly perform in
the Coronet Bar which is open to the general public. This provides
an excellent opportunity for potential bookers to come and hear the
band play live.
